Since 1991 the primary objective of Diamond Tech's founder, Dan Daniels, was to promote the use of art glass by providing innovative products and inspiration.

Diamond Tech's first products were geared towards the stained glass industry with the manufacturing of DL 1000 diamond bladed wet band saw. This little saw revolutionized the industry by its affordability and accessibility to the hobbyist.

As the company and the customers grew, Diamond Tech soon discovered that there was a large demand for not only stained glass tools and accessories but the mosaics and hot glass as well. That is when the company first began to expand its offerings to reach a broader range of hobbyist.
